Order Processing

We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed
and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after
payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are taken up the next business
day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. If you
need to make any changes or cancel your order, just reach out to us at
support@sonatura.in or +91 92576 03718 as soon as possible or before it ships, we’ll do
our best to help. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days in metro cities and 5–7 business days
for other locations. While we work closely with our delivery partners, timelines may
occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Our delivery partner will typically make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If you’re
unavailable at the time of delivery, or the order isn’t delivered within these attempts, it will be
returned back to us.

Shipping Charges & COD

We offer free shipping on all orders. For Partial Cash On Delivery (COD). A ₹90 advance
payment is required to confirm your order. This amount will be adjusted in your final payable
total at the time of delivery.
 - If the order is refused at delivery, the advance payment becomes non-refundable as
   it covers packing and logistics costs.
 - In case of failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or an unreachable
   phone number, the advance payment will not be refunded.
 - Once your order has been shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled
   By choosing Partial COD, you agree to these terms.
