Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packaging every order.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final with a few exceptions
outlined below.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final due to hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns or replacements if:
● The product arrived damaged
● You received a wrong or missing item
● The product is expired
To request a return, contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
● Your Order ID
● An unboxing video & photos (mandatory)


Note : Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process your request. that for the request to be considered, the video must clearly show the shrink wrap intact and being opened.

What is not eligible?
● Used, opened or swatched products
● Shade concerns or change of mind
● Requests raised after 2 days of delivery 

Replacement

If approved, replacements are issued only for the same product.
We do not offer shade exchanges.

How does it work?

  • Requests are reviewed within 2 working days

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available)

  • In case pickups aren’t available in your area, you can self-ship and share the receipt + tracking ID (shipping will be reimbursed)

NOTE : Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once they are received and verified, we’ll process your replacement or refund. 

Refunds

● Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
   after approval
● Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
   For Cash on Delivery orders:
● Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested)


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
